First CAR T-Cell Therapy Approved for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

The FDA has now granted accelerated approval to brexucabtagene autoleucel (TecartusTM, Kite Pharma, formerly known as KTE-X19) for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).
