Olutasidenib Approved for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

The FDA has granted approval to olutasidenib (Rezlidhiaâ„¢, Rigel Pharmaceuticals Inc.) for treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with a susceptible isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 gene (IDH1) mutation.
