The Pharmacist’s Role in Oncology Clinical Trials With Beth Koselke, PharmD, BCOP

Welcome to Oncology Data Advisor, where we explore the latest advances in cancer research and treatment. I am Katie Cook from i3 Health.

Chemotherapy-induced neutropenia is a severe toxicity that places patients with cancer at an increased risk of infection, dose reduction, hospitalization, and mortality. Therefore, timely management is critical to patient outcomes. This episode of Oncology Data Advisor will focus on new insights into preventing and managing chemotherapy-induced neutropenia. It features perspectives from two noted experts in the field: Dr. Gary Lyman, Professor at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and the University of Washington, and Dr. Maura Abbott, Associate Professor at the Columbia University School of Nursing.
