At this year’s American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, Chyke Doubeni, MD, MPH, the Chief Health Equity Officer at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, co-chaired a panel entitled “Multicancer Early Detection: Is It Ready for Prime Time?” He represented an equity-focused perspective regarding the cons of early adoption, alongside Dr. Robert A. Chyke Doubeni, MD, MPH, is the Chief Health Equity Officer at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and the Associate Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Doubeni’s research focuses on health equity, early cancer detection, screening, and prevention. In addition, he is passionate about bringing forth more inclusivity and diversity in the oncologic space.
